1. What graphic drivers do I need to install to work with the 3D monitor?

You do not need to install any specific graphic drivers.  Our 3D monitor and software works independently of any graphic card or drivers.  However, you may need to install such drivers to work with other software not provided by Liquid3D that you want to use with our 3D monitor such as PC games or playback certain video formats (e.g. MPEG, AVI).

Our 3D no-glasses monitors can play any image and video that is in the 3D side-by-side format.  You need to set your Blu-ray player software to output side-by-side format and our monitor will be able to play the disc in 3D without glasses.

9. The 3D video does not look right in the 3D monitor? Is my monitor broken?

The quality of a 3D video is not related to our 3D no-glasses monitor, but rather the 3D content itself.  It is possible that your content’s 3D format is reversed side-by-side, to see if this is the case play the 3D video and in the Liquid3D Player or Liquid3D Control Tool click on the “L/R” icon.

10. Can the 3D monitor work with my 3D digital video camera?

Our 3D monitor can work with a 3D digital video camera if the camera can output directly 3D side-by-side video format.

Note: The face-tracking feature is based upon a PC.  If you connect a digital video camera without a PC then you need to make sure that the monitor you have purchased contains the optional PC built-in feature.
